Exciting System Upgrade Coming This September!

At Waukesha State Bank, we are continually investing in technology and services to better meet your banking needs. As such, we will be implementing a major system upgrade this September.

This enhancement will provide a stronger foundation for future innovations and will help us deliver an even better banking experience.

Benefits of the new online and mobile banking systems include:

       Customizable dashboard, so you can see what’s important to you
 
New tools, including budget management and spending analysis
 
View all account history (not just the last 18 months)
 
Mobile-friendly ‘widgets’ for easy access to account info and regularly used features (ex: Bill Pay, etc.)
 
Better connections to external tools, allowing you to see non-Waukesha State Bank accounts, manage transfers, etc.
 
Sleeker, more intuitive design

  2. Double check that your contact information on file with Waukesha State Bank is correct to ensure you receive all helpful prep materials. 
    • Check your email address in your online banking profile by clicking the "Profile" link in the upper right navigation.
    • If you've moved recently or are unsure what mailing address we have on file, chat or call us at (262) 549-8500 to confirm your address is correct.
  3. Stay fraud aware! Scammers use times of change to take advantage – see below.
