Set Up Automatic Payments
We recommend paying your loan through an automatic payment from any account you choose. At your loan closing, talk to your banker about setting up a recurring payment.
Use Online Banking
Simply login to online banking and make a transfer from any Waukesha State Bank account. You can do a one-time payment or set up a recurring transfer.
New to Online Banking? Enrolling is easy! Click the ONLINE BANKING LOGIN button near the top of the screen, then click ENROLL under the Login button and complete a short registration form. You’ll have immediate access to your accounts.
Make Payments from Another Financial Institution
With Swivel Pay, you can make a one-time payment, schedule a future payment, or set up recurring payments from any financial institution for free.
How to use Swivel Pay:

- Complete a simple form to register as a new user or make an Express Pay payment. You will need to provide:
- The primary borrower’s name, date of birth, Social Security / Employer Identification Number and email address
- Your Waukesha State Bank loan number (found on your statement)
- Then click PAY NOW and CONNECT YOUR BANK. Simply fill in the required fields and follow the prompts.
- Once completed, your payment will be processed within two business days or can be scheduled for any date in the future.
