The Business Checking account is designed for sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs and corporations with higher levels of account activity. It's perfect for businesses that don't want to worry about maintaining a minimum balance.

  • Deposits/Credits (each) - $0.55

  • eCorp - Basic - $18.00/mo
  • eCorp - Enhanced - $30.00/mo

  • Online Bill Pay without Paperless Statements - $6.00/mo^
  • This account does not earn interest

* There is a $3.00 monthly inactivity fee charged after 60 days of non-use.
 

Earnings Credit:

The account will receive a monthly earnings credit set by the bank based on the adjusted average collected balance in the account each statement period. The adjusted average collected balance is the average collected balance for the period less a 10% reserve requirement.

All negative average collected balances for the statement cycle will be subject to a finance charge based upon the prime lending rate plus 5% in effect on the last day of the statement cycle.

A Deposit Coverage fee will be assessed per $1,000 in Average Ledger Balances multiplied by a factor. The factor is determined based on FDIC premiums the bank is charged which are subject to change periodically.


Small Business Checking

Small Business Checking is designed for small businesses, such as: sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs and corporations. It’s ideal for businesses that want online banking, but have a lower level of account activity. It has a simple account structure that is easy to manage.
  • Minimum balance - $500.00
  • Service fee for falling below minimum balance - $12.00
  • FREE transactions up to 100. Charge per check / debit / credit / item deposited over 100 - $0.30
  • FREE eCorp - Basic
  • eCorp - Enhanced - $12.00/mo
  • FREE Paperless Statements^
  • FREE Online Bill Pay with Paperless Statements^*
  • Online Bill Pay without Paperless Statements - $6.00/mo^
  • This account does not earn interest
