Connect to External Tools
Make managing your money even easier by connecting your account at another financial institution to your Waukesha State Bank VaultLink Online Banking account. Once connected, you can conveniently transfer funds between your accounts—giving you greater flexibility and control over your finances, all in one place.
To connect an external account:
- Login to VaultLink Online Banking
- On the Transfers page, click the ‘+ External account’ link
- Enter your VaultLink Online Banking password
- Enter the external account name, routing number, account number and account type
- We’ll send two small deposits of less than $1.00 to the external account (generally within 1-3 business days)
- Verify the external account:
- Login to your external account and record the two deposit amounts
- Login to your Waukesha State Bank account, go to Account Settings and click the ‘External transfers’ tab
- Select the account to verify
- Enter the amounts of the two small deposits
- Once verified, you should see the external account in your list of accounts
