How do I register for VaultLink Online?
It's easy! Simply click the “Enroll” link in the Online Banking login section. After completing a short registration form, you’ll have immediate access to your personal accounts.

How many months of activity can I view or download?
You can view or download your current and one previous statement cycle for most accounts. You also can view and print copies of both your statement for the previous eighteen months, as well as transactions for the previous twelve months for most accounts.

Debit card authorizations shown online are higher than my receipt.
When reviewing Current Business Day Transactions, sometimes you will see "CARD AUTHS" (Visa debit card authorizations) for $1.00 or an amount higher than your receipt. This happens because a merchant will place a $1.00 authorization on a card prior to purchase, for example at a pay-at-the-pump gas station. Merchants, such as restaurants, sometimes authorize for a small percentage higher to cover a possible gratuity. The actual charge will be correct when it is posted to your account.

This is not unique to the debit card. Credit card purchases work exactly the same way. You simply do not see the authorizations because only actual transactions show on your statement. Real time access allows you to see these temporary authorizations. If you are concerned, check your account after a few days. If it is still incorrect, please call our Customer Service Center during business hours at (262) 549-8500.

What is the charge for using VaultLink Online?
There is no charge for using the VaultLink Online services and features; however, your normal account fees still apply.

What do you mean by normal account fees?
Examples of these fees are transfer fees, check writing limits, overdrafts, and fees for not maintaining a minimum balance. These were disclosed to you at the time you opened your account. VaultLink and VaultLink Online transfers count toward your telephone or electronic transfer limits. If you have a question about your particular accounts, please call our Customer Service Center during business hours at (262) 549-8500. Our customer service representatives would be happy to review your accounts with you.

How safe is online banking?
VaultLink Online counters security threats with a technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is a set of rules followed by computers connected to the Internet. These rules include encryption, which guards against eavesdropping; data integrity, which assures that your communications aren't tampered with during transmission; and authentication, which verifies that the party actually receiving your communication is who it claims to be. We always recommend that you use the strongest possible encryption available whenever sending confidential information. Additional security features are used to verify your identity using Multifactor Identification.

What is Multifactor Authentication?
The Layered Authentication is a security feature designed to protect the privacy and security of your personal information. The Challenge Questions/Answers are used to identify you and prevent unauthorized access to your information. Registering the computer(s) you normally use to access your information provides additional security to verify your identity.

When using a non-registered computer or if you delete cookies, one of your security questions is used to verify your identity.

Why isn't VaultLink Online accepting my password when I've used it before?
There are a few causes for this:

It must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one numeric character. To enhance the security of your password, you also may choose to include special characters, such as: *, $, #, @, etc. Please note that all passwords are case sensitive.
  2. If you haven't logged in for four months or more, your online account will be deleted for security reasons.
Solution: Call Customer Service Center at (262) 549-8500 during business hours.
  3. Your browser setting has been changed and you are no longer accepting cookies. VaultLink Online requires that a temporary, session cookie be set.
Solution: Change browser settings to accept cookies.
Can I download information into a personal money manager?
Yes, select the account you wish to download. Then go to Transactions, and select Transactions Menu. From the Transaction Search box, choose your criteria and select export. VaultLink Online allows you to export transaction details into Quicken and other popular money management software.

Things are not working, what should I try first?
Sometimes, the solution is as simple as clearing your browser's cache (old versions of pages saved to your hard drive for faster loading). Your computer's cache stores the web pages of the sites you visit on the Internet. It does this to load pages faster the next time you visit the site again. When you visit a site, your browser checks to see if the cached page is the same version as the page on the site. If the cache has the same version as website, your browser will display the page it has; otherwise, your browser will download the new page. Sometimes the cache doesn't load the new page and simply shows you the one it has. By deleting the pages stored in the cache, your browser is forced to load the current pages from the website.

Follow these directions to clear or delete your cache.
Microsoft Edge
  1. Select Settings and more (the icon that looks like three dots).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the Settings sidebar, select Privacy and services.
  4. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  5. In Clear browsing data, select the check box for each type of data, such as browsing history, cookies, and a passwords, you want to clear from the cache.
  6. From the Time range list, select how far back Microsfot Edge should empty the cache (for example, everything for the past hour, for the past seven days, or for all time).
  7. Select Clear now.
