As Private Banking Associate, Mandy works alongside Private Banking Officer Ron Jahnke. They serve as a direct point of contact for clients, offering banking services ranging from basic account maintenance to lending requests. By communicating regularly with clients, they can review the overall relationship and provide a customized banking experience offering knowledge on exclusive product offerings and other services to meet their clients’ financial needs.
Mandy earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus in photography from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2017. Prior to taking on the role of Private Banking Associate, Mandy worked on the retail side of Waukesha Sate Bank at the Delafield office for over six years. Starting off as a teller in 2017, she took on increasing roles and responsibilities over the years and was promoted to mentor, customer service representative, team supervisor, personal banker, and assistant bank manager.
