As Director of Operations at Waukesha State Bank Wealth Management, Lisa is charged with the financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning for the department. She oversees the internal operations department and manages the relationship with our back office, FIS Wealth Outsourcing, maintains compliance records, and serves as the primary point of contact for auditors and regulators. In addition, Lisa project manages various department initiatives.
Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist®. She earned her B.S. in business with majors in accounting and finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In 2017, Lisa was honored with Waukesha State Bank’s Golden Eagle Award – the highest employee recognition.
Lisa is the Vice President the Trust User’s Group (TUG). She helps plan and host TUG’s semi-annual conferences. Prior to serving as Vice President, Lisa was TUG’s Communications Chair for five years. In this role, she facilitated the monthly Hodgepodge peer networking and member idea sharing calls and compiled TUG’s quarterly newsletter.
