eCorp Registration/Enrollment Checklist:

Ensure that you have an existing Waukesha State Bank business checking account. If you do not, you must open one or change an existing account to one of these. Just visit a friendly Personal Banker at any of our office locations.
 
Complete and print the Commercial Internet Banking Agreement.
 
Complete and print the Company Registration/Enrollment form. This document must accompany the Commercial Internet Banking Agreement.
 
Are there additional accounts to add or users? The Company Access Modification Request form may be used to complete your account listing for your registration and enrollment. This document may also be used later to add, delete, or change account access for an existing e Corp account. 
 
Do you have any special requests, such as custom transaction limits or special services such as wire transfer capability, electronic tax payments or electronic file transfers? Simply include a signed copy of your request on your company's letterhead with your Agreement and Enrollment forms or call our eCorp Administrator at (262) 549-8526 for assistance.
