1. What is Trust Portfolio Review?
Trust Portfolio Review enables trust clients and their authorized agents the ability to retrieve trust account information via the World Wide Web. Authorized individuals can access information on their account, investments, and transaction activity. There is no ability to add or alter account information.

2. What will I be able to do with Trust Portfolio Review Internet Access?
A variety of report schedules with supporting graphs and charts are available for viewing, printing or downloading. Clients will be able to view an Account Summary, Investments, Transaction Activity, Tax Lot Information, and charts for Portfolio % and Market Value.

Additional Features

  • Graphics presentation of Portfolio Percent (3D Pie Chart) and the Market Value (3-D Bar Chart).
  • All data can be downloaded into a tab-delimited file for use with other systems. Options include whether to download column headings and column totals.
  • User-definable options for columns to be included in the Investment detail page, Transaction activity order (month to date, calendar quarter to date, year to date or all available) and transaction activity order (security name with control breaks or chronological order)
  • Account search for clients who work with many accounts. It enables them to select accounts from an interactive list.
  • An online comprehensive help system is available to answer questions and assist with report navigation.

3. What is the charge for using Trust Portfolio Review Internet Access?
There is no charge for using the Trust Portfolio Review Internet Access services and features.

4. How do I access Trust Portfolio Review for my account?
Each individual is assigned a unique User ID and Password giving you the ability to view assigned account(s). For security purposes, the user has 3 attempts to enter the assigned user ID and password. After three unsuccessful login attempts, the software will lock our a user until 90 minutes has passed since the last unsuccessful login. Additionally. the system will automatically log off a user if 45 minutes have passed without activity.

5. How do I register for Trust Portfolio Review Internet Access?
Just click on the Register option for Trust Portfolio Review Online Access to review important disclosure and agreement information and then complete the application section (this will be a PD. file which is viewed using Adobe Acrobat). You can print off the disclosure/agreement/application form and complete or you can complete the application section while on-line and then print out the form. Please mail the completed form to Waukesha State Bank Wealth Management Services (address is listed at the bottom of the form). Your application will then be processed within 7 business days. A confirmation letter will be mailed to your home address, at which time you may begin using the Online Access. We will contact you directly if more information is needed or if we have questions.
