eCorp enables you to access your business account information via the World Wide Web. Click here for more information.
What are the System Requirements
Click here for the current eCorp system requirements. In addition, your browser must be capable of 128 bit encryption and have this feature enabled. While you may be able to gain access and use some or all of the features using systems which deviate from the recommended system requirements, we cannot offer support on such products. Our support will be limited to ensuring that the feature or product in question is functioning properly with a system meeting the current system requirements. Software updates occur periodically without notice and this may change the current system requirements. If you're having difficulties with the system, please check to see that you're within the recommended requirements.
After you've reviewed the fees for the eCorp checking account that you've selected, you can begin the registration and enrollment process starting with the eCorp Registration/Enrollment Checklist.
How many months of activity can I view or download?
You can view and download your current and one previous statement cycle for most accounts. You also have the ability to view copies of your statements for an additional twelve months.
eCorp counters security threats with a technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is a set of rules followed by computers connected to the Internet. These rules include encryption, which guards against eavesdropping; data integrity, which assures that your communications aren't tampered with during transmission; and authentication, which verifies that the party actually receiving your communication is who it claims to be. We always recommend that you use the strongest possible encryption available whenever sending confidential information.
Why isn't eCorp accepting my password when I've used it before?
There are a few causes for this:
1. Ensure you are entering your Access ID & Password correctly. Remember each must be a minimum of 6 characters in length and is case sensitive.
2. If you haven't logged in for a long time, your online account may have been disabled for security reasons.
Solution: Call Electronic Banking (262) 549-8520 during regular business hours.
3. Your browser setting has been changed and you are no longer accepting cookies. eCorp requires that a temporary, session cookie be set.
Solution: Change browser settings to accept cookies for this site.
Things are not working, what should I try first?
Sometimes, the solution is as simple as clearing your browser's cache (old versions of pages saved to your hard drive for faster loading). Also, it is important to make sure that your browser supports the security requirements of online banking. Often it is necessary to upgrade to the current version of your browser.
Will I be able to access my Waukesha State Bank credit card information online?
Waukesha State Bank uses a third party to process credit cards, as do many other financial institutions. Information about your credit card may be obtained by clicking on Login located on our homepage and selecting the Login button for Visa Credit Cards. You will leave our site and go to our Credit Card provider, Elan.
Where and how often may I change my eCorp password?
From the eCorp menu, you may change your password as frequently as you like. We recommend that you change it periodically to ensure the safety of your account information. While logged on to eCorp, click Options, Change Password. Your new password must be at least 6 characters long and may consist of numbers and/or letters. It is also case sensitive. Note: We require periodic password changes for security purposes. If you do not voluntarily change your password from time to time, there will be occasions when you must change your password before you may access your accounts.
