ATM Acce$$ & In Balance® Networks

Our bank has joined with other participating community banks in Wisconsin to offer customers surcharge-free* cash withdrawals when using Waukesha State Bank issued Check Cards and PULSE® Cards at automatic teller machines (ATMs) statewide. Customers will be able to identify the surcharge-free ATM network through bright green and white ATM ACCE$$ signs and decals placed on the ATM.

The ATM ACCESS network was created by the Community Bankers of Wisconsin, a statewide association representing 230 locally-owned and operated banks in every county in Wisconsin. ACCESS is an acronym for Access Cash Conveniently Eliminating Surcharges Statewide.

In addition, ATM ACCESS has partnered with the In Balance® Alliance offered by the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota, to expand selective surcharge-free access throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Cardholders traveling across the Wisconsin-Minnesota border can now freely withdraw money at more than 800 ATMs across the two states.
